The picturesque island of Sumatra is where our coffee journey begins. Each season we source high quality cherry from our friends and farmers who we have built long-term commitments with.
Working with micro lots allows us to purchase directly from the farm and build solid relationships in this exciting region. These relationships allow us to work directly with the farmers, pickers and collectors who are striving to better their product, surrounding environment and community.

ROASTING

Each season we roast with care so you can enjoy your coffee at our café, partner cafes and at home.

Further to the coffee sourced from Sumatra,
Indonesia, we also buy and roast the latest seasons coffees from
other high quality growing regions across the world. Every coffee is different and required a unique roast to enhance its maximum flavour and attributes. We focus on maximising the taste of each and every bean so that the flavour of each region can truly be appreciated.
